How the welcoming system changed and evolved in the last five years

Francesco Fornari is a graduate of philosophy and started working in refugee camps in 2015. After two years of experience, in various regions in northern Italy, he joined the Master program in Cultural Relations and Migration at SFU Berlin.

Currently Francesco Fornari manages the staff of a center for asylum seeking families in Milan, for L’Albero della Vita, a NGO that focuses its action on minors and education. Apart from daily working routine, Francesco Fornari is interested in legal and theoretical aspects of migration and integration, including the theory of exclusion and bare life.
