Resume

Laura Buchinger received her Master‘s degree in psychology from Freie Universität Berlin. She then worked multiple years for a consulting company in the field of occupational health and organizational development. She is currently a research associate at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW Berlin) and a Fellow of the International Max Planck Research School on the Life Course (https://www.imprs-life.mpg.de/person/laura-buchinger/182493). Her research focuses on personality development and higher-order motivational constructs such as life goals or values. Specifically, she is interested in how life goals change with age, which role context factors play and how life goal changes relate to personality.
