Presentation of the Outpatient Clinic of SFU Berlin
The Psychotherapy Outpatient Clinic is a treatment facility of the state-recognised Training Institute of the Department of Psychotherapy Science at SFU Berlin. Outpatient therapists, i.e. graduates or MSc psychologists in training to become psychotherapists, work at the training and research outpatient clinic. In addition, psychotherapy science students and art therapy students of SFU Berlin intern at the clinic. All treatments take place under supervision and internship reflection, i.e. experienced psychotherapists are responsible for and accompany the therapies.

Cost transfer
The outpatient clinic is authorised by the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung (KV) Berlin to provide outpatient psychotherapeutic care. The treatment costs are covered by all statutory health insurances if there is a corresponding indication for treatment. Furthermore, we also accept clients with private health insurance (PKV) and self-payers.
