is a lawyer and registered mediator in Vienna, winner of the Austrian Insolvency Law Award, lecturer at the Academy for Law and Taxes (ars) and author of several specialist books on insolvency law. Dr Fussenegger works as an insolvency administrator and debtor's representative. In addition, he represents well-known clients primarily in commercial and real estate law matters.
