Isa Hoffinger began her career in 1997 at the Süddeutsche Zeitung, while studying modern German literature at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. After training at the Axel Springer journalism school in Berlin and stations at the Federal Press Conference she focused on Foreign Politics and worked for German radio and TV stations of ARD until 2019. Since 2008 she has reported from Argentina, Colombia, Israel, the USA, Afghanistan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canada, South Africa and other countries.
