Previously General Legal Counsel in Vienna; before that Visiting Professor nell`Università degli Studi di Sassari, Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law; University Assistant at WU Vienna, Research Assistant at the University of Bayreuth and Guest Professor at the Universitat de Girona.
Editor and author of, among others, commentaries on Austrian and European consumer law and the Air Passenger Rights Regulation (2nd edition 2024) as well as leg cit4 - Guide to Legal Citation and the Luxembourg List on Tourism Law.
