Dr. Doris Klappenbach-Lentz is Head of the Departement Mediative Communication and Diversity Competence at the International Academy for Innovative Educational Science, Psychology and Economy. Since 2001 she has been working as a lecturer, trainer, mediator, coach, project manager, supervisor. She studied educational sciences at the Freie Universität Berlin and psychology at the Humboldt University and the Freie Universität Berlin. In 2009 she finished her Ph.D at the Freie Universität Berlin at the Departement for Intercultural Educational Science. She is a certified BM/SDM-FSM Mediator, BM Mediation Trainer, eTrainer and Crisis intervention consultant (KIT) as well as dvct-certified Coach and Trainer.
