worked at the Institute for Corporate Law at the JKU Linz and is now an associate at Urbanek Lind Schmied Reisch Rechtsanwälte OG in St. Pölten and a lecturer at the FH St. Pölten. He specialises in business-related civil law, in particular tort and warranty law as well as European law, and publishes on civil, corporate and competition law.
