Resume
I lead and consults teams and organizations in R&D Pharmaceuticals in facilitating change and strengthening their innovative power and performance. I am also working with small institutions in the private and public sector mainly on the development of group relations and organizational roles and boundaries. I am a group analyst and board member of the Seminar of Group Analysis Zurich. Over the past years I have been working in group analytic settings with language-cultural translators and social workers, currently a with group of international gay men at Schwulenberatung Berlin. I am a medical doctor and certified psychoanalyst in private practice.
