Bernhard Scherzer works as a lawyer in the field of public law with a focus on public procurement and state aid law as well as construction projects, constitutional and administrative law. In addition to his legal work, he is also the author of relevant publications. Bernhard Scherzer studied law at the University of Innsbruck and at the National University of Singapore and then worked as a university assistant at the Institute for European, International and Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna.
