studied law in Vienna, London and Salzburg; since March 2015 he has been working at the Department of Public, International and European Law at the University of Salzburg and at the Salzburg Centre of European Union Studies (SCEUS). His teaching, publishing and lecturing activities focus on European law, but also on international and public law issues.
