has been a legal staff member of the Vienna Ombud for Nursing and Patients since 1995, deputy of the Vienna Ombud for Nursing and Patients, head of the ELGA - Ombuds Office Vienna location. Her main areas of work and research are: Medical law, in particular patients' rights, medical liability law, extrajudicial settlement of claims for damages in cases of medical injuries.
